ALEJANDRO MASSOT
President

|
Alejandro Massot has led, since 1985,
broadcasting, CATV and telecommunications ventures throughout
Latin America. Founder and Director, among other well
known media companies, of TELEFE in Argentina, CABTEL
in Chile, TELCAB in Brazil, all of which he conceived
and conducted since their inception until they were
transferred to international operators, he has great
management experience and fluent contacts in the industry.
During the 90s, in the height of economic deregulation
in the region, he formed many groups and consortiums,
in Argentina and Uruguay, which participated in satellite,
broadband and cellular telephony projects.
As well as COAX´s President, he is member of the
Board of family owned media companies and of a wide
range of businesses such as investment funds, localization
and mobile data providers and TV programming producers.
He has been President, for six periods, of Asociación
de Teleradiodifusoras Argentinas (ATA) and Delegate,
during eleven years, of the Professional Formation Group
at OTI (Iberoamerican Television Organization).

HECTOR PEDEMONTE
Vice-President

|
Hector Pedemonte has achieved, since
1970, a vast recognition for his track record in the
administrative and financial areas of multimedia companies
(newspaper/radio/TV), from both management and direction
positions.
His understanding of the media as global communications
ventures made him one of the pioneers of Cable TV
in Argentina, rendering his experience to the creation
and development of COAX. As Vice-President of the
company, he supervises all the projects in which COAX
is involved within Latin America.
He is also in the Board of a wide range of companies
involving media, investment funds, localization and
mobile data providers and TV programming producers.
Since 1992, he has been a member of the Operating
Committee of Latin American Pay Television (LAPTV),
overseeing the operation of the three most successful
pay-TV movie services for Latin America: Movie City,
Cine Canal and The Film Zone.
He has a degree in Economics.

JORGE GINNOBILI
Executive Director
|
|
Jorge Ginnobili was among the first
executives to be incorporated to the process of professional
management for cable TV companies in the Argentine
market. Since 1990, he has been in charge of the operative
organization of different pioneering projects in the
industry in Argentina, Brazil and Chile.
As COAX's Executive Director, he is responsible for
the identification and evaluation of potential markets;
bidding offers; personnel selection and training and
general management. Since 2000 he has coordinated
operations for telecommunications systems in Natal,
João Pessoa and Maceio, acting as Director
and Controller.
He has a degree in Economics.

HUGO PEREA
Administrative and Financial
Director
|
|
Hugo Perea has been involved in finance
and administration management for leading companies
in Argentina. In 1993 he joined the Fincable/Cabtel
groups as Regional Administrative Manager, to oversee
telecommunications companies and Cable TV systems
operating in Latin America.
Presently, as COAX´s Administrative and Financial
Director, he is responsible for the accounting and
financial control of the operations in which COAX
is involved, as well as of internal audits and legal
issues. He has similar functions in other related
companies.
He graduated as a Public Accountant.

GUSTAVO BAEZ
Project Director
|
|
Gustavo Baez as Project Director
has been responsible for the models and business analysis
of more than 40 cable projects within Latin America,
as well as for the evaluation and follow-up of the
systems developed by COAX.
He has been involved as leading analyst, for related
companies and international consortiums, in project
analysis related to mobile telephony; data and video
transmission technologies (trunking; lmds; mmds; uhf);
broadcast TV and satellite delivered programming services
for Pay TV. Market research, company valuations, due
diligence processes are within his area and he is
a member of the senior negotiation team for M&A
.
He has a degree in Economics; postgraduate studies
in Macroeconomic (IDES) and an MBA from CEMA.

DANIEL PICARDI
Engineering Director
|
|
Daniel Picardi has led, since 1988,
engineering and operational projects for telecommunications
and cable TV systems in Latin America. He has worked
in the research and development of digital systems
for the CONICET (National Council for Technical and
Scientific Research) and has trainees in TELEFE, Argentina,
PHILIPS BROADBAND NETWORKS and ANTEC, U.S.A.
As COAX´s Technical Manager he has been responsible
for the design, building and operation of more than
20 headends and 15.000 km of cable plant in different
cities of Central and South America. He was in charge
of the design and construction, for NET Brasilia, replica watches

of the first system that used Hybrid Fiber-Coax architecture
in Latin America. Presently, as COAX´s Engineering
Director, he oversees the Design, Construction and
Operation Departments, which provide services to own
and third parties developments.
He has been responsible as an engineer, for related
companies and international consortiums, in projects
related to mobile telephony; data and video transmission
technologies (trunking; lmds; mmds; uhf); satellite
and broadcast TV.
He has a degree in Electronic Engineering and postgraduate
studies in Management Development (IAE).
